Compensation Analyst

About the role

Acquire BPO, the Philippine service provider for RingCentral, is hiring a Compensation Analyst in Manila. The analyst supports the development, implementation and administration of global, regional and local compensation policies and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requests for new or revised job classifications to recommend job profiles, levels and salary grades
• Recommend changes to the salary structure, pay group exemptions, job revisions and organizational structure
• Analyze statutory compensation requirements and recommend actions; may prepare studies on benefits, wellness, incentives, bonuses, sales compensation or stock options
• Work with cross-functional teams and administer domestic and/or international programs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• Experience in compensation is an advantage
• Experience as a student leader is preferred
• Willingness to work night shifts (12 midnight to 9 am Manila time, Tuesday to Saturday) and a hybrid setup (10-11 days in the office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)

Required skills

• Basic MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); mid-to-advanced Excel preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational and independent work skills
• Project management experience and critical thinking
