Compassionate Registered Nurse

About the role

The Medical City Clark is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to deliver exceptional patient care in a hospital setting. You will work closely with physicians and support staff to ensure a safe, supportive environment for patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients' conditions, assess needs, and provide appropriate care and advice.
• Observe and interpret symptoms, communicating findings to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to create individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and injection administration, maintaining accurate patient charts.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards by decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing beds.
• Provide immediate medical care in emergencies and assist surgeons during operations when needed.
• Supervise and train nursing assistants, fostering a supportive environment.
• Participate in continuous education through workshops, conferences, and trainings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license to practice.
• Ability to prioritize patient needs and follow physician directives.
• Commitment to operational compliance, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
• Willingness to mentor junior staff and engage in professional development.
