Company Nurse – Onsite Clinical & Occupational Health

About the role

SupportNinja is seeking a proactive and compassionate Company Nurse to lead onsite clinical and occupational health services at The Hideout in Clark, Pampanga. You will be the frontline champion for employee health, safety, and wellness, providing immediate care and promoting a healthy workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic healthcare services to employees on site and remotely.
• Assess health conditions, determine treatment, referrals, or escalation according to medical protocols.
• Review and validate medical documentation such as certificates and fit‑to‑work clearances.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and replenish medical supplies, medications, and clinic inventory.
• Support occupational health programs, wellness initiatives, and health awareness campaigns.
• Develop and deliver employee education on health, ergonomics, disease prevention, and lifestyle practices.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with pre‑employment medical reviews and evaluate examination results.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in occupational health or corporate nursing preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate employees.
• Commitment to confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
