Company Nurse – On-site (Probationary)

About the role

The Company Nurse provides first‑aid, basic medical care, and health‑related support to all employees of Exxel Prime Intl Trading Inc. Working on‑site in Baesa, Caloocan City, the nurse also assists HR with occupational health programs and compliance with government health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver immediate medical assistance and first‑aid to staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee health records and medical reports.
• Monitor clinic supplies, equipment, and ensure cleanliness.
• Support workplace health and safety initiatives such as health seminars and vaccination drives.
• Conduct health orientations for new hires and periodic health assessments.
• Process government‑mandated health compliance (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, ECC, etc.).
• Coordinate with accredited clinics and hospitals for medical exams and emergencies.
• Prepare reports on workplace incidents, health trends, and wellness programs.
• Assist HR/Admin with clerical tasks when medical services are not required.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• Preferably trained in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for nurses.
• 6 months to 1 year experience as a company or industrial nurse is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in emergencies.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Baesa, Caloocan City.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
