Company Nurse / Occupational Health Nurse – Onsite (Cebu City)

About the role

The Company Nurse / Occupational Health Nurse provides onsite health support to employees, ensuring workplace wellness and compliance with DOLE OSH regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid, initial medical assistance, and health guidance to employees for onsite health concerns.
• Manage the company clinic, including medical supplies, equipment, consultation logs, and health records.
• Coordinate fit-to-work, return-to-work, medical clearance, and work-restriction cases with HR and external medical providers.
• Review and validate maternity-related benefit applications and assist HR/payroll as needed.
• Support annual physical examinations, vaccination drives, wellness activities, and other employee health programs.
• Assist in DOLE OSH compliance activities, including health-related documentation, incident/illness records, clinic reports, and OSH Committee support.
• Coordinate with the HMO provider on employee concerns, claims, enrollments, cancellations, and quarterly utilization tracking.
• Prepare regular reports on clinic utilization, medical cases, APE completion, HMO concerns, utilization trends, and wellness activities.
