Company Nurse – Occupational Health

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Company Nurse to deliver quality nursing care, ensure health and sanitation compliance, and support the company doctor in a fast‑moving industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the company doctor with clinic consultations, pre‑employment exams, emergency response, first aid and documentation.
• Coordinate annual physical exams, medical results review, return‑to‑work clearance and health certificate renewal for employees and third‑party agency staff.
• Process SSS sickness and employee compensation forms, and liaise with the Caloocan City Health Department for sanitary permits.
• Support HMO claim preparation, issuance of authorisation letters and management of outsourced health‑wellness providers.
• Maintain monthly health bulletins, monitor emerging infectious diseases, advise security on medical leave, and oversee medicines and first‑aid kits.
• Facilitate online medical consultations for employees at C3 Plant and related facilities.
• Participate in HR and medical meetings and act as co‑custodian of the emergency vehicle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid Philippine nursing license.
• Preferably completed OHNAP certification or Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training.
• At least one year of experience in a hospital, primary‑care, or industrial health setting.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of occupational health nursing standards (OHNAP or BOSH).
