About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Company Nurse to provide comprehensive medical oversight and direct care for our employees. The role involves delivering health assessments, managing workplace injuries, and responding to emergencies while promoting a culture of wellness.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide on‑site medical care and emergency response for staff.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and screenings.
  • Educate employees on health topics and coordinate wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of health information.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and enforce a safe, healthy work environment.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in clinical or occupational health settings.
  • Empathetic, detail‑oriented, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to handle fast‑paced environments and emergency situations.
