About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Company Nurse to lead employee health initiatives within our organization. The role focuses on promoting health, preventing illness, and ensuring a safe workplace environment for all staff.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement health promotion programs for employees.
- Conduct health assessments, screenings, and vaccinations.
- Provide first‑aid and acute care for workplace injuries or illnesses.
- Advise management on occupational health policies and safety standards.
- Maintain confidential health records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate referrals to external medical providers when needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles.
