Company Nurse – Employee Health & Safety

About the role

The Company Nurse will safeguard employee health and promote a safe workplace environment for Royu Industrial Corporation in Calumpit, Bulacan. This full‑time onsite position combines nursing duties with administrative support to ensure comprehensive health services and compliance with health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist implementation of health and safety standards across the company.
• Provide first‑aid treatment, emergency transport to hospitals, and immediate medical relief.
• Maintain accurate medical records and dispense/monitor medications.
• Organise and manage annual physical examinations and routine health monitoring.
• Prepare and submit required health reports to government agencies.
• Handle petty‑cash fund and perform basic bookkeeping related to health services.
• Support HR and admin functions, including data analysis and report preparation.
• Coordinate health matters for third‑party personnel deployed on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Company Nurse.
• Familiarity with Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) processes.
• Preferably holds BOSH certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Calumpit, Bulacan.
