Company Nurse – Corporate Healthcare Role

About the role

Regent Foods Corporation is looking for a qualified Company Nurse to join its corporate health team in Pasig City. This full‑time position focuses on delivering comprehensive medical care, promoting wellness, and ensuring a safe workplace for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical attention and first aid for illness or injury.
• Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and monitor overall employee health.
• Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Promote a healthy work environment and educate staff on wellness and disease prevention.
• Assist in developing and implementing workplace health and safety policies.
• Participate in emergency response planning and execution.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine nursing license.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar corporate or industrial setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• OHNAP certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
