About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical attention and first aid for illnesses or injuries.
• Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and monitor overall employee health.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Promote a healthy work environment through wellness education and disease‑prevention initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing workplace health and safety policies.
• Participate in emergency response planning and execution.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine nursing license.
• 1–3 years of experience in a corporate or industrial health setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction at all employee levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
