Company Nurse – Corporate Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Company Nurse to provide comprehensive medical care and support to employees of Regent Foods Corporation in Pasig City. This full‑time position ensures the health, safety, and well‑being of the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical attention and first aid to employees in case of illness or injury.
• Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and monitor overall employee health.
• Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Promote a healthy work environment and educate staff on wellness and disease prevention.
• Assist in developing and implementing workplace health and safety policies.
• Participate in emergency response planning and implementation.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar corporate or industrial setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in emergencies.
• OHNAP certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
