Company Nurse – Corporate Health Care

About the role

Regent Foods Corporation is looking for a qualified Company Nurse to join our Pasig City team. You will provide on‑site medical care, promote employee wellness, and support our health‑and‑safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver immediate medical attention and first aid for illness or injury.
• Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and monitor overall employee health.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Promote a healthy work environment and educate staff on wellness and disease prevention.
• Assist in developing and implementing workplace health and safety policies.
• Participate in emergency response planning and execution.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine nursing license.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a corporate or industrial health setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in emergencies.
• OHNAP certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
