About the role

The Company Doctor provides on‑site medical care, occupational health support, and professional advice to employees. This role ensures timely medical assessments, emergency response, and health monitoring in line with occupational health standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver medical consultations, diagnoses, and prescribe or recommend medications as needed.
• Respond to minor medical emergencies and coordinate referrals or transport to hospitals for serious cases.
• Refer employees to accredited specialists or hospitals for specialized care.
• Evaluate annual physical examination results, laboratory findings, and overall employee health assessments.
• Monitor health trends, recommend wellness initiatives, and suggest workplace health improvements.
• Conduct periodic workplace health hazard assessments and propose preventive measures.
• Serve as a medical consultant for the evaluation of insurance claims on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with HR and management to support employee wellness and occupational health programs.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of medical information and adhere to professional ethical standards.

Required profile

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a valid PRC license to practice in the Philippines.
• 4‑5 years of experience in occupational health, general practice, corporate clinic management, or related healthcare services.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and high professionalism.
• Ability to act decisively in emergency medical situations.
• Organized, dependable, and service‑oriented with a commitment to confidentiality.
