Community Manager – Creator Community

About the role

Huskee Digital is looking for a Community Manager to lead and nurture its creator community. You will guide learners through the program, ensure smooth onboarding, and keep communication clear across multiple platforms. The role is primarily remote, with occasional in‑person events in Metro Manila.

Key responsibilities

• Review and shortlist incoming applicants, then manage onboarding for each cohort.
• Own and moderate online community platforms, including the Community Facebook Group, Facebook Page, TikTok, and other official channels.
• Drive daily interaction by running weekly check‑ins, polls, Q&As, and light challenges to keep members active.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, monitor progress, flag inactive members, and relay feedback or technical issues to internal teams.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on program timelines and with the creative team to source on‑brand visual assets and announcements.
• Support post‑graduation engagement and help identify standout graduates for brand campaigns.

Required profile

• Previous experience in community management, social media management, customer support, or student relations.
• Strong familiarity with Facebook Groups, Facebook Pages, and TikTok.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Tagalog.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and manage announcements across multiple channels.
• Based in or near Metro Manila to attend occasional in‑person events.
