Community Manager (AI Creators/Producers/Filmmakers)

About the role

ReelShow is looking for a Community Manager to build, engage and grow a vibrant community of AI creators, producers, filmmakers, storytellers and other creative professionals. The role will act as the main bridge between ReelShow and its creator network, fostering collaboration and supporting the ecosystem around ReelShow’s content and production initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new members and increase participation across Discord, Facebook Groups and other channels.
• Moderate and manage community platforms, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment and enforcing community guidelines.
• Organise discussions, challenges, contests, workshops, networking sessions and virtual events to drive engagement.
• Build strong relationships with creators, identify high‑potential talent and facilitate collaboration opportunities with ReelShow.
• Create and publish announcements, updates, educational materials and showcase creator success stories.
• Gather feedback from members to improve programs and support onboarding of new creators.
• Track community metrics such as growth, engagement and retention and report insights to internal teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing creator or creator‑focused communities.
• Understanding of the needs of filmmakers, storytellers and AI‑assisted content creators.
• Proficiency in moderating and growing online communities on Discord and Facebook Groups.
