Community Coordinator

About the role

As a Community Coordinator at Podean, you will be the central point of contact for our creator community, guiding onboarding, fostering engagement, and ensuring smooth execution of influencer campaigns across TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms. You will work remotely with a schedule aligned to Pacific Time business hours, collaborating with a global, award‑winning team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and onboard creators into the brand ecosystem, sharing briefs, offers, deadlines, and instructions.
• Manage WhatsApp and other community channels to keep creator engagement active.
• Support creators with questions about posting, linking, codes, timelines, and expectations.
• Help creators understand content requirements and improve performance.
• Track creator posting activity, momentum, and participation.
• Nurture creator relationships and maintain trust across the network.
• Escalate operational issues such as shipping, linking, or compliance problems.
• Publish weekly creator activity recaps with next actions.

Required profile

• Highly organized and people‑oriented with a passion for building vibrant creator communities.
• Experience thriving in fast‑paced agency environments and managing extensive creator networks.
• Strong interpersonal abilities for real‑time communication via WhatsApp.
• Commitment to a remote schedule synchronized with Pacific Time business hours.
• Enthusiasm for the evolving social commerce space.
