Communications Associate

About the role

The Communications Associate will lead both internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring that company goals are clearly conveyed to all stakeholders. This role focuses on creating engaging employee publications and producing external content such as press releases and social media posts to maintain a consistent brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to boost employee engagement.
• Create and manage external-facing content, including press releases, social media updates, and other brand communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align messaging with corporate objectives.
• Maintain and update communication platforms and tools.
• Proofread and edit all communications for accuracy and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or marketing communications.
