Commercial Support Executive

About the role

As a Commercial Support Executive you will play a key role in keeping sales operations running smoothly while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will work on‑site in a collaborative environment, gaining hands‑on exposure to the full sales cycle and customer engagement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders and tracking deliveries.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
• Handle routine customer inquiries and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
• Assist in generating sales reports and dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Coordinate internal documentation and ensure compliance with commercial procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
