About the role

Kredivo is seeking a Collections Analyst to drive improvements in collections performance. The role focuses on data analysis and strategic planning to enhance recovery rates. You will work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, contributing to the company’s fintech initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Analyze collections data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at optimizing collections performance.
Produce regular reports and dashboards that track key collection metrics.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align collection strategies with business objectives.
Monitor the impact of implemented strategies and adjust tactics as needed.
