Cold Calling Specialist

About the role

Remote VA is seeking a dynamic Cold Calling Specialist to join our remote team. In this role you will contact prospective clients, present our services and help generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our services.
• Develop and rehearse scripts that effectively convey our value proposition.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and listening.
• Log all interactions and maintain organized records in our CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine cold‑calling techniques and improve conversion rates.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into clients.
• Analyze calling performance metrics to inform future strategies and improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients.
• Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Results‑driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
