Cold Calling Specialist

About the role

Remote VA is seeking a motivated Cold Calling Specialist to join its remote sales team. In this role you will contact prospective clients, present our services, and build relationships that generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our services.
• Develop and rehearse scripts that clearly convey our value proposition.
• Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening.
• Log all interactions and maintain organized records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine cold‑calling techniques and improve conversion rates.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into clients.
• Analyze calling performance metrics to inform future strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients.
• Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Results‑driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
