Client Success Specialist – VA Team Coaching

About the role

As a Client Success Specialist you will lead and coach a team of virtual assistants (EAs) delivering services to international clients. You will own the partnership between clients and the remote team, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 15–20 virtual assistants across multiple clients, run daily stand‑ups, coach in real‑time and track performance metrics.
• Lead daily video calls with clients in the US and Australia, optimize EA workflows, and maintain SOPs for key functions.
• Monitor performance using tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Discord, Cloudtalk, ChatGPT, Workspace and Penthouse; flag billing issues and submit daily Account Lead Pulse reports.

Required profile

• Strong grit and “plow” mentality with the ability to own outcomes.
• High learning agility, coachability and comfort with ambiguity.
• Natural leadership instinct and tech savviness.
• Proven ability to maintain client satisfaction, anticipate issues and conduct timely hard conversations.
