Client-Facing Controller – NetSuite Expertise Required

About the role

Stockton10 is launching a standalone outsourced accounting service for US mid‑market clients and needs a hands‑on Controller to build the offering from the ground up. This remote, Philippines‑based role works directly with the founder and combines service design, AI‑enabled operations, and go‑to‑market responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define the full scope of the accounting service offering, including bookkeeping, full‑cycle accounting and controller‑level support.
• Design the service delivery model: team structure, workflows, quality controls and technology stack.
• Set pricing tiers and packaging aligned with market rates and target client profiles.
• Identify and implement AI tools to automate repeatable accounting tasks such as transaction categorization, reconciliation and report generation.
• Create human‑in‑the‑loop review processes that maintain accuracy while reducing manual effort.
• Develop the sales narrative, engage the first clients from Stockton10’s existing NetSuite customer base and own the full sales cycle.
• Hire, onboard and lead the delivery team as the service scales.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable building a practice from scratch.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and ability to design service models.
• Curiosity about AI capabilities and disciplined approach to integrating automation with human expertise.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership and closing initial client engagements.
