Civil Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to support the planning and execution of new branch locations, relocations and major renovation projects. The role involves close collaboration with Branch Banking Groups to ensure all regulatory and design requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inputs, recommendations and necessary information for the establishment of new branches or Branch Lite Units (BLUs) and relocation sites.
• Coordinate with Branch Banking Groups on the submission of Circular 44 documents and conduct site visits to secure required approvals.
• Monitor the status and progress of all ongoing Branch Banking Sector construction projects, including new establishments, relocations and major renovations.
• Assist and coordinate with BBGs/Branches to address issues and concerns related to branch expansion activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in site design, land development and land‑use permitting.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
