Chief Architect Designer & Operations Support

About the role

We are seeking a remote Chief Architect Designer & Operations Support professional to join B Home Co’s design team. The role blends advanced Chief Architect drafting with administrative and project coordination to keep residential design projects moving smoothly from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Create and revise residential design drawings using Chief Architect.
• Produce high‑quality plan sets and maintain editable files for internal use.
• Track project details, action items, and follow up on missing information.
• Maintain organized project files, documentation, and consistent drawing templates.
• Participate in daily check‑ins, support workflow management, and communicate proactively with owners and team members.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Chief Architect with ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and design documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities without constant supervision.
