Chief Accountant & Corporate Treasurer (Finance Leader)

About the role

The Head of Finance and Accounting cum Corporate Treasurer provides overall financial leadership for an electric‑vehicle charging station business, overseeing accounting, taxation, treasury, compliance and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Finance and Accounting function, develop financial strategies, and advise the CEO and Board.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with PFRS, IFRS, SEC and BIR regulations.
• Manage the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets and the financial close process.
• Oversee corporate liquidity, cash‑flow forecasting, banking relationships and debt obligations.
• Direct tax planning, filing and compliance with the National Internal Revenue Code and related BIR regulations.
• Coordinate external and internal audits and produce Board and Management financial reports.
