Chat Assistant – No Calls – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Chat Assistant to handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. No prior experience is required – we will provide full training. The position works on weekdays only, giving you weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow established procedures and maintain quality standards.

Required profile

• Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Ability to use a phone and computer.
• Filipino citizen or holder of a relevant residence status.
• High school diploma, college degree, or vocational qualification.
• Strong verbal, listening, and communication skills in English.
