About the role

The Chargeback Acquiring Analyst will manage the end‑to‑end processing of chargeback transactions for our acquiring portfolio. You will ensure that each dispute is analysed, represented and documented in line with brand rules and regulatory time‑frames, helping to minimise financial loss.

Key responsibilities

Review, analyse and resolve incoming chargeback transactions through retrieval and representment processing.
Monitor dispute cases to ensure compliance with brand rules, policies and procedures, preventing operational losses.
Thoroughly verify the accuracy of each case and confirm that all required documentation is complete before initiating representment.
Update the status of all chargebacks and record the final resolution for each case.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree holder.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the credit‑card industry, specifically handling chargebacks.
Willingness to work onsite at the Ortigas location.
