Channel Strategy Development Lead (Trade Marketing)

About the role

The Trade Marketing Lead (Channel Strategy and Development) will design and execute channel‑specific strategies that boost sales performance and strengthen brand visibility across all distribution channels. You will translate market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity into actionable plans that drive channel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary knowledge hub for channel insights, conducting research to deepen shopper understanding.
• Monitor channel performance by region, analyze internal and external data, and recommend interventions to capture opportunities.
• Collaborate with category strategy and field sales to gatekeep and approve channel initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.
• Consolidate category initiatives, identify synergies, and develop monthly and quarterly execution plans.
• Lead the development and rollout of channel SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud) strategies and Perfect Store standards.
• Perform cost analyses for channel programs and manage/approve budgets for business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Preferable experience in trade marketing or channel strategy.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite.
