Channel Development Manager

About the role

The Channel Development Manager will lead efforts to expand and optimise product distribution across assigned territories. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring product availability, and building strong partnerships with distributors and key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and expand distribution networks to meet sales targets.
• Acquire new accounts while managing existing customers to increase sales volume.
• Execute route‑to‑market and trade programs across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Support distributor operations to align with company standards and processes.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and ensure smooth business relationships.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing to ensure proper execution of promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Results‑driven with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in sales and distribution management is an advantage.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and manage an assigned territory.
