Carpenter – Construction & Finish Work

About the role

We are looking for a skilled carpenter to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, installing and repairing a variety of wooden structures on‑site, ensuring high quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Construct, install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, partitions, frames and roofing structures.
• Take precise measurements, cut materials and follow architectural plans or instructions.
• Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, painting, varnishing and fitting.
• Repair damaged furniture, fixtures and building components.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety rules and regulations at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational graduate; TESDA NC II Carpentry Certificate is a plus.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on carpentry experience.
• Ability to read measurements and use hand and power tools correctly.
• Physically fit, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel to different locations as needed.
