Campaign Manager – Go-to-Markets

About the role

The Campaign Manager, Go-to-Markets develops and implements data‑driven CRM campaigns to maximize customer profitability and retention across all bank segments. The role strategises with cross‑functional teams and leverages analytics to create personalised offers that anticipate customer behaviour and drive campaign success.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns that generate incremental revenue, improve profitability and enhance retention while maintaining optimal cost‑to‑revenue ratios; prepare briefs, mechanics, business cases and secure approvals.
• Collaborate proactively with teams such as CIA, Data Science and Segment, develop clear communication plans and ensure campaign mechanics work across multiple channels.
• Define, update and manage campaigns throughout their lifecycle, using data insights to continuously optimise performance and refine strategies; analyse performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build expertise through regular training and knowledge‑sharing initiatives, acting as a resource for strategic projects.
• Create automated campaign workflows using campaign‑management platforms to streamline execution and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Marketing, Project Management and Customer Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of campaign management, customer needs and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record managing campaigns or leads on platforms such as Salesforce, EMM or Adobe.
