Cabinet / Millwork Estimator (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Cabinet / Millwork Estimator to join a U.S.-based commercial cabinetry manufacturer. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial casework and millwork projects, directly influencing bid success and project planning.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and review project opportunities on online bid platforms and contractor invitations.
• Download, organize, and manage architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda.
• Perform detailed digital take‑offs using the company’s proprietary estimating software.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates covering materials, labor, hardware, and outsourced services.
• Solicit and manage vendor and subcontractor pricing via email and digital communication.
• Maintain clear communication with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify scope gaps, missing information, and potential risks in bid documents.
• Prepare and submit professional proposals on or before deadlines.
• Maintain organized digital records of all bid documents, take‑offs, and correspondence.
• Participate in scope reviews and clarification meetings to secure awarded contracts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings.
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
• Familiarity with take‑off and estimating processes.
• Strong computer proficiency.
