Business Studies & Economics Teacher

About the role

Nord Anglia International School Manila is seeking an experienced Business Studies and/or Economics teacher to deliver IGCSE and A‑Level programmes. You will join a dynamic international community where innovative teaching and student achievement are central.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies and Economics lessons for IGCSE and A‑Level students.
• Support curriculum development and implementation aligned with Cambridge and Pearson standards.
• Drive high levels of student engagement, achievement and progression.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Participate in enrichment activities, events and wider school life.

Required profile

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies; experience in Economics or Mathematics is desirable.
• Familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE and/or Pearson Edexcel A‑Level programmes.
• Strong understanding of effective teaching, differentiation and inclusive classroom practice.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
