Business Relationship Officer – Retail Banking

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Based in the Batangas (P. Gomez) branch, the role focuses on driving retail banking sales and strengthening customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Identify and acquire new business accounts while cross‑selling existing products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales‑driven banking environment.
• Adaptability, strong leadership potential, and good communication skills.
