Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in meeting its volume targets through new account acquisition and cross‑selling of YGC banking products. This position is based at the Las Piñas‑Pamplona branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales goals.
• Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Identify and acquire new customers while cross‑selling existing YGC products.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a sales or banking environment.
• Strong ability to adapt, lead and apply learned tools in a dynamic setting.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, financial management, and risk‑management controls.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, and procedures.
