Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in meeting its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC retail banking products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, the role focuses on driving sales activities and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in achieving sales goals and volume objectives.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales initiatives to market retail banking products and promote cross‑selling of YGC services.
• Support account acquisition efforts and maintain up‑to‑date client information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field (minimum four‑year graduate).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a sales and banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong understanding of risk management controls and credit evaluation processes.
• Leadership potential and willingness to apply strategic tools in daily activities.
