Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in achieving volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role works closely with the Branch Manager and is based at the assigned branch, primarily in Tuguegarao.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales objectives and driving revenue growth.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
• Develop and execute sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives across the branch network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum four‑year graduate).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, financial management, and risk‑management controls.
• Familiarity with credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, and procedures.
• Willingness to be assigned to the designated branch location.
