Sales Representative – Inbound/Outbound (Energy)

About the role

The Sales Representative – Inbound/Outbound (Energy) engages Australian customers through inbound and outbound calls to guide them through energy comparison and move‑home journeys. Working onsite in Manila, you will assist customers in completing online sign‑ups while ensuring compliance and delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, using approved comparison tools and scripts to help customers choose suitable energy plans.
• Assist customers step‑by‑step through the online sign‑up process, verifying rates, contract terms, eligibility and providing real‑time guidance.
• Achieve weekly and monthly activity, conversion, revenue and quality KPIs, maintaining accurate CRM records and call notes.
• Follow all regulatory, privacy and consent requirements, participate in quality‑assurance monitoring and mandatory compliance training.

Required profile

• Extensive telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong verbal English communication skills suitable for supporting Australian‑based customers.
• Results‑driven mindset, high attention to detail and ability to manage objections.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment; energy‑sector experience is a plus.
