Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. The role is based at the Las Piñas‑Pamplona branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
• At least four years of academic or professional experience in a sales or banking environment.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic banking setting and apply learned tools in leadership.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, risk management controls, and credit evaluation.
• Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and product offerings.
