About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. This position is based in the Baguio branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive retail banking sales.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving monthly and daily sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Contribute to account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline (minimum four‑year program).
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Adaptability, leadership mindset, and strong strategic planning capabilities.
- Knowledge of risk‑management controls and financial management principles.
- Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with bank products and services.
