Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in meeting its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, you will help drive sales performance and expand the retail banking footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, generate reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans and essential information.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Identify and acquire new client accounts while cross‑selling existing YGC products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong leadership mindset with a focus on strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and banking policies.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, and bank products and services.
