Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, you will help drive sales initiatives and ensure accurate reporting of activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in meeting sales goals.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports and action‑plan records.
• Develop and execute sales activities that promote retail banking products.
• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling of YGC products.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales actions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum four‑year graduate) in a business‑related program.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and management.
• Understanding of risk‑management controls and credit evaluation processes.
