Business Relationship Officer – Capas, Tarlac

About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in achieving its volume targets through account acquisition and cross‑selling of YGC banking products. This position is based in Capas, Tarlac and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Acquire new accounts and cross‑sell existing YGC products to grow the customer base.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum 4‑year graduate).
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Adaptability, strong leadership mindset, and willingness to be assigned to Capas.

- Risk management controls.
- Credit evaluation and analysis.

- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and bank products/services.
