Business Relationship Officer – Batangas City

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. This position is based at the Batangas (P. Gomez) branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives to meet volume objectives.
• Assist the Branch Manager in reaching sales goals and monitoring performance.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Ensure accurate recording of sales activities and related information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Adaptability, leadership mindset, and strong strategic planning capabilities.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and financial management principles.
• Understanding of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, and procedures.
