Business Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Business Planner who will drive the integration of business strategies across all functions to support growth and profitability. The role involves analysing macro‑level data and translating insights for internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and synthesize business data from multiple departments.
• Develop and integrate strategic plans that align with corporate objectives.
• Prepare macro‑economic and sector reports for internal units and external stakeholders.
• Monitor performance indicators to ensure profitability targets are met.
• Collaborate with functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of analytical or business‑management experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of a business unit’s operations.
• High level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (or equivalent spreadsheet, word‑processing and graphics software).
• Familiarity with strategic planning concepts.
• Effective oral and written communication.
