Business Development Specialist – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

Club Feast is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Specialist to expand its network of restaurant partners. You will be the primary point of contact for restaurant owners, helping them grow revenue through our corporate catering and meal‑delivery platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential restaurant partners through cold calling and outreach.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches that communicate the value of joining Club Feast.
• Qualify leads based on cuisine, location, and business objectives.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot.
• Build strong relationships with owners by understanding their needs and showcasing growth opportunities.
• Support market expansion into new cities by onboarding top‑tier restaurants.
• Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to ensure seamless partner integration.

Required profile

• 2+ years of cold‑calling experience with a proven track record in business development or inside sales.
• Experience in restaurant sales, food delivery, or hospitality is a strong plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Resilient, self‑motivated, and comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting aligned with U.S. business hours.
• MBA degree required.
