About the role

This position focuses on identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that drive business growth. Based in Cebu, the specialist will work closely with the Business Development lead to meet sales targets and support expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Identify and secure new partnership opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Manage and grow existing accounts.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and sales materials.
Conduct sales pitches to achieve or exceed targets.
Source and qualify new leads.
Provide regular updates to the Business Development lead.

Required profile

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Sales‑ or business‑development oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of relevant experience.
Based in Cebu or nearby areas and able to start immediately.
