Business Development Manager – US/UK Market Hunter

About the role

We are a 70‑person white‑label production facility expanding our US, Canada and UK agency partner program. As a Business Development Manager you will act as a strategic hunter, leading outbound expansion and closing high‑ticket subscription contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the internal Lead Generation team to target specific US/UK agencies.
• Execute cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) and convert prospects into discovery calls.
• Negotiate and close Master Service Agreements worth $3,000–$5,000 MRR with agency CEOs.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in GoHighLevel and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate on ABM advertising strategy and leverage media‑buyer support.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closing deals through outbound methods (cold call/email/LinkedIn).
• Fluency in Western business communication (US/CA/UK) and ability to discuss margins, EBITDA and operational bottlenecks.
• Deep understanding of digital agency business models and margin expansion.

Required skills

• GoHighLevel CRM proficiency.

What we offer

• Hybrid work setup.
• Base salary ₱90,000–₱100,000 per month.
• Uncapped commission up to 10% of gross revenue for the first three months of each client.
• Potential OTE of ₱160,000+ per month.
